The Community Bulletin Board provides a listing of community events, community services and other noncommercial advertising. The Community Bulletin Board is maintained and managed by the City of Brooklyn Center.The Community Bulletin Board is offered as a free public service.

Eligible Participants
Entities and groups eligible to submit content on the Brooklyn Center Community Bulletin Board include:
  • Local governments.
  • Local private and public educational institutions.
  • Local nonprofit organizations.
  • Local service groups.
  • Local social and recreational clubs.
  • Local businesses.

West Mississippi River Regional Trail Master Plan
The Three Rivers Park District Board of Commissioners has approved the draft master plan for the West Mississippi River Regional Trail, and the public has an opportunity to review the plan and make comments about it. The public has the opportunity to provide comments through March 12th. Written comments may be submitted by email to or by mail to:

*Get Ready! training provides youth with the skills necessary to successfully land a job and navigate the work environment. In order to qualify for BrookLynk, youth must be between the ages of 14-21, June 1st 2018, live or attend school in Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn Center, face a barrier to employment, and have not previously or currently been enrolled in college.
